WEBSITE INFORMATION
All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to withdraw products from sale and update product descriptions, photographs and prices at any time. Changes to prices will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
We take care to ensure that our product photographs accurately represent the jewellery we make. However, colours and finishes may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and device. As our jewellery is handmade, small variations in appearance may also occur.
COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, photographs, text, and other content featured on this website remain the copyright of Julia Parry-Jones. Any unauthorised use may result in legal action. If you would like to feature fully credited images of Julia Parry-Jones Jewellery in the media, please get in touch with Julia to obtain permission.
PACKAGING
Every jewellery order is carefully packaged in bespoke, branded boxes, including a care card for looking after it. The parcel is sent in unbranded postal packaging to provide suitable protection, and may display our business name and return address discreetly on the back.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Please refer to our Delivery page for available delivery options, postage costs and estimated delivery times.
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe and will let you know if a significant delay arises.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

DELAYED, MISSING OR DAMAGED DELIVERIES
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide any available tracking information.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and include photographs of the item and its packaging.
We will work with you and the delivery service to resolve delivery problems. We remain responsible for our obligations as the seller under applicable consumer law, including where goods are lost or delayed in transit.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are displayed in GBP (Sterling) and are subject to the applicable taxes required by law.
The price payable for your order will be shown at checkout before payment is completed. Any delivery charges will also be displayed before you place your order.
We reserve the right to amend prices and product listings at any time. These changes will not alter the agreed price of an order that has already been accepted. Non-UK residents will be liable for any import duties and taxes in the usual way.
Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider through its secure payment system. We accept payments online via Visa, Mastercard, and American Express using the secure payment provider.
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund where required.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Each item is made with care, and we aim to provide accurate descriptions, measurements, and photographs for our jewellery.
Due to the handmade nature of Julia’s work, slight differences in colour, shape, texture, finish or measurements may occur between individual pieces. Such variations are a natural characteristic of handmade work where they remain consistent with the product description.
Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing, particularly where details about materials, dimensions, finishes or care requirements are provided.
ONLINE SECURITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION
Payments made through our website are processed using the payment services available at checkout. We do not store full payment card details on our own systems where these are processed and retained by our payment provider.
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information entrusted to us and use customer information only in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Information may be shared with service providers where necessary to process payments, fulfil orders, arrange delivery, provide customer support or comply with legal obligations.

TERMS OF SALE
Before completing your purchase, please check your selected products, quantities, delivery details and order total carefully.
On receipt of payment for the goods that you ordered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail sent to the email address you provided when ordering. Our acceptance of your order constitutes a legally binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally entitled to enter into the purchase contract under UK law.
If we cannot fulfil your order, for example because an item is unavailable or a genuine listing error has occurred, we will contact you and arrange a refund where appropriate.
